What is included
The audit is three complementary forms going in, and one synthesized roadmap coming back. Each form takes about 15 to 20 minutes per respondent.
1. The founder/executive audit form. Completed by you and your leadership team. Captures your 12-month vision and the business metric you would most want AI to move first. 2. The employee-level AI audit form. Completed by every member of your team. Captures the AI tools they are already using, including the shadow tools the company did not formally approve. Captures the single most time-consuming or repetitive part of every role and the work they wish AI could help with but currently does not. Captures their confidence with new AI tools, the guidance and training they have received, and the concerns they would not raise in a meeting.
