What is a one-on-one AI Action Lab?
A one-on-one Action Lab is a hands-on AI consulting session at my Sacramento office, built around one defined objective. You bring your laptop, and we work side by side to apply a tool, solve a problem, test a workflow, or move a bounded micro-pilot into use. It costs $75 per hour.
Most small business owners do not need another abstract conversation about everything AI may eventually accomplish. They need help getting one useful thing to work. A good place to start is the task you wish you never had to do again, and it involves a keyboard.
How much does one-on-one AI consulting cost in Sacramento?
One-on-one AI consulting with AI Actualized costs $75 per hour, working in person at my Sacramento office. You bring your laptop and one defined objective, and the hour goes to getting that objective done.
What can we work on in a one-on-one AI session?
In a one-on-one AI session, we can work through a technological hump, configure or apply a tool, improve the way you use software you already own, test a workflow, solve a specific operating problem, or mobilize a bounded micro-pilot. It is also where the setup work most people never get around to finally gets done.
That setup work includes:
- LLM accounts across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and others.
- Custom projects, GPTs, and Gems built around your work.
- Memory functions configured so the system remembers you.
- Connectors hooked up to the tools you already use.
I usually look for the highest-leverage, lowest-cost move first, which often means getting more out of subscriptions you are already paying for before adding new ones.
What happens if the problem cannot be solved in the session?
If a problem cannot be solved in the one-on-one session, I research the obstacle, recreate it for myself, practice it, and come back with a solution I can responsibly stand behind. I would rather do that than hand you a guess in the moment.
What do I need to bring to an Action Lab?
Bring your laptop and one defined objective to your Action Lab. My Sacramento office has the internet, cabling, and additional monitors to get us connected, and the space works comfortably for two people.
Every session begins with that defined objective. The purpose is to produce the outcome we agreed to pursue, not to fill an hour with general AI instruction.
What is not included in hands-on AI consulting?
Hands-on AI consulting is not ongoing production system management. It does not include infrastructure monitoring, software maintenance, cybersecurity administration, deployment responsibility, warranties, or open-ended technical support.
When the work reaches that point, it belongs with a qualified developer, and the path there is AI implementation planning.
Is this the same as AI training for my team?
No. A one-on-one session is for one person working on one objective at my Sacramento office. If you need a group brought up to speed, AI training for teams is a two-hour workshop at your location for up to 20 people.
Where does this fit with the rest of AI Actualized?
