Can we work together in person?
Yes, in four different ways. One-on-One Action Labs are hourly working sessions at my Sacramento office, where you bring your laptop and one defined objective. Team Training happens at your location, for up to 20 participants. Selective on-site working sessions also happen at your location, when the objective requires observing the operation, the staff handoffs, or the physical workflow.
