2. The Ideal Client Persona

The customer-facing companion to your Business Brain. The form captures four layers of who your single best client is: what drives them (desires, problems, mindset, buying behavior, hesitations, communication preferences), who they are on paper (demographics, lifestyle, cultural context), how they behave as a client (first contact through retention through referrals), and a final question that captures the customer’s own voice, their state described in their own words. This is who your business is built to serve, written with enough specificity that every system we build can speak directly to them.

The form walks you through the structure that turns a business into a story your customer can step into: your customer as the hero, the villain and the external, internal, and philosophical problems they face, your role as the guide (empathy and authority, not hero), the plan that gets them from where they are to where they want to be, the call to action that asks for the work, the stakes if they do nothing, the transformation if they succeed, the one-liner that summarizes it all, the grunt test that confirms a stranger can tell what you offer in five seconds, and the voice your brand uses across every touchpoint.
