Interactive challenge · AI Actualized
A guided game for small business owners, offered as a courtesy. Carrie, AI Actualized’s digital employee and your brand strategist, helps you put your business into words: your Why, the basics, what you sell and how you deliver it, your proof and culture, and where you are headed. Then she audits your website and social channels against it. How it works
You are the Operator. Your board has five modules and your public channels. A module comes online when your own words establish it, and a trace lights up when it ties back to your Why. Carrie DeCarnie, AI Actualized’s digital employee, facilitates every step.
Owners, founders, and leadership teams of small and mid-sized businesses who want their team, their partners, and their AI tools working from one clear source. AI amplifies whatever it is given, and a business it cannot describe only gets described badly, faster.
A guided game from AI Actualized for small business owners. You build your Business Brain in your own words: your Why, the basics of your business, what you sell and how you deliver it, your proof and culture, and where you are headed. Then Carrie reads your website and social channels and audits them against all of it, channel by channel.
A Business Brain is your business written down in your own words: why it exists, what it sells, how the work gets done, what it has delivered, and where it is going. It is not everything a new hire, a partner, or an AI tool will ever need to know, but it is a major building block of that context, and it keeps what is built on it sounding like you.
No. Use the same email and your Mission, Vision, Core Values, and North Star come with you, already approved, so the game opens with the first level done. You can revise any of them, and a revision updates your Knowing Your Why results too.
Carrie DeCarnie is AI Actualized’s digital employee: an AI agent whose job is facilitating this game, here working as your brand strategist, and an example of the kind of digital employee AI Actualized builds for small businesses. She reads what you tell her, fills in each part of your Business Brain from your own words, asks only for what is missing, and runs the audit. Every finding quotes you exactly.
Say so. "I don’t know" is a fine answer: it is marked as a gap to work on later, and you move on.
Fill out the short contact form on the Business Brain page. The form unlocks the game right there on the page, and you can also play it full screen here. Your progress saves as you go, and your email brings it back on any device.
They are saved to AI Actualized so Chris Sharp can review them with you. They are not published or shared. Do not enter passwords, account numbers, or private customer information.
The game is offered as a courtesy. At the end you can send your Business Brain to Chris for a review, also as a courtesy.
After the game, the AI Audit, also offered as a courtesy, shows where your business and your team stand with AI, and a Digital Employee Build puts an AI agent with a defined job to work inside it, the same kind of digital employee as Carrie. Neither is required.
