How it works

How the Knowing Your Why Challenge works

You are the Operator. Your board has five modules, and each one comes online when your own words establish it. Carrie DeCarnie, AI Actualized’s digital employee, facilitates every step.

  1. Unlock it. Fill out the short contact form on the Knowing Your Why page. The challenge opens right there.
  2. Levels 1 to 4: Mission, Vision, Core Values, North Star. Say each one in your own words. Carrie gives you a quick read of what it makes clear and what a reader might miss, offers one tighter version if it helps, and you approve it. The board lights up as your statements connect.
  3. Level 5: Messaging Alignment. Give Carrie your website or main social channel. She reads it, tests every word against your four statements, shows where it aligns and where it falls short, lists the three to five fixes that matter most, and proposes a revised message built only from your approved words.
  4. Your results. Your Why, your scores, and your revised message, with the option to email them to Chris Sharp for a 15-minute review, as a courtesy.

Who is Carrie?

Carrie DeCarnie is AI Actualized’s digital employee: an AI agent whose job is facilitating this game, and an example of the kind of digital employee AI Actualized builds for small businesses. She runs every step: she reads each statement you give her, shows you what it makes clear and what a reader might miss, reads your public page, and gives you feedback. The board scores only what your own words establish, and every finding quotes you exactly.

How do I start?

Fill out the short contact form on the Knowing Your Why page. The form unlocks the challenge right there on the page, and you can also play it full screen here.

Do I need a website?

No. In Level 5 you can give Carrie your main social channel instead, or paste the words from your profile if a site will not let her read it.

How long does it take?

It moves quickly: short statements, one level at a time, with Carrie reading each one as you go. Your progress saves as you go, so you can leave and come back.

What happens to my answers?

They are saved to AI Actualized so Chris Sharp can review them with you. They are not published or shared. Do not enter passwords, account numbers, or private customer information.

What comes after the Knowing Your Why Challenge?

After the challenge, Build Your Business Brain, also offered as a courtesy, works through the rest of your business, and your Why carries into it already approved. From there, the AI Audit, also offered as a courtesy, shows where your business and your team stand with AI, and a Digital Employee Build puts an AI agent to work inside the business.

What does it cost?

The challenge is offered as a courtesy. At the end you can email your results to Chris for a 15-minute review of what surfaced, also as a courtesy.
