How do you play Power Up Your Stack?

Four quick phases, all taps, with the clock on screen the whole time. Carrie DeCarnie, AI Actualized’s digital employee, facilitates it.

  1. Build your stack. Tap the tools you use and watch them drop into two towers: your SaaS stack and your AI stack.
  2. Pick your jobs. Your jobs rise as buildings. Pick the three that eat most of your week.
  3. Power up. Wire each of those jobs to the tools you used, and see whether it lit up, flickered, or went dark. Two AI tools on one job are either a Specialist Pair or a Double Draw.
  4. Leak check. The tools you never open, and whether your AI can see your email and files.

What do you leave with?

Your Stack Power, which jobs lit up, the leaks worth fixing, the pairs worth keeping, and the AI you already pay for, emailed to you at the end. No question is asked twice, and nothing stops you from moving on. If the clock runs out, you still get your read from what you answered.

What is the AI Stack Audit?

The AI Stack Audit, played as Power Up Your Stack, is a short game from AI Actualized that answers one question: do your people have the right tools for their jobs? You stack your SaaS tools and your AI tools into two towers, raise your jobs as buildings, and power them with the tools you actually use.

What does it measure?

Tools against work, never the person. Stack Power is how much of your work your tools light. It also finds five leaks (Dark Job, Double Draw, Shadow Line, Dead Battery, Broken Wire), the Specialist Pairs worth keeping, and AI you already pay for but do not use.

Who is Carrie?

Carrie DeCarnie is AI Actualized’s digital employee: an AI agent whose job is facilitating these games, and an example of the kind of digital employee AI Actualized builds for small businesses. She sets up the board, reacts as each round wraps, and closes with what your stack shows.

Can a business owner assign it to the team?

Yes. The owner enters the business name and how many people to expect, and gets a team link to share. Each person plays on their own. Their results go to the owner, who sees the whole team’s stack: which tools are in use, where the leaks are, and each person’s run.

What happens to my answers?

They are saved to AI Actualized and your report is emailed to you. If you played through a team link, your results also go to the owner who assigned it. The game never asks for client or employee data.
