How does AI Land work?

Twelve cards are dealt, two in each of six skill colors, and every one is a quick tap. Pass a card and your robot moves to the next space of that color; miss it and it slides back to the last one. Reach Command Castle before the cards run out to win. Carrie DeCarnie, AI Actualized’s digital employee, runs the game. It is short on purpose, so it fits in a workday.

  1. Pick one cards ask what you would do in a real work situation.
  2. Select all that apply cards pass only when you pick exactly the right set.
  3. True or false cards test the habits behind how you work.
  4. Picture cards drop you into a moment at work. The right call jumps you to the next landmark.
  5. Level lines sit at the end of each zone. Pass one and you are certified at that level, from L1 Tourist up; reach Command Castle for L5 Multiplier. The questions climb from easier to harder as you go, and no question is ever asked twice.

What is AI Land?

AI Land is a short board game from AI Actualized, in the shape of Candy Land, that tests how effectively someone uses AI at work. Every card is a quick tap: pick one, select all that apply, or true or false, about a real work situation or habit in one of six skills. Pass it and your robot moves ahead; miss it and it slides back.

What does AI Land measure?

Six skills: directing AI, giving it context and data, checking its work, building systems and automations, handling risk and governance, and judging when AI is the wrong tool. Your result is a level from L0 Analog to L5 Multiplier, your pass rate in each skill, and the blind spots you hit.

Why is it so hard?

On purpose. AI Land exists to show blind spots, not to make anyone feel good. The questions climb in difficulty whatever you answer, and every wrong answer sends your robot back. Only the most proficient AI users reach Command Castle.

Who is Carrie?

Carrie DeCarnie is AI Actualized’s digital employee: an AI agent whose job is facilitating this game, and an example of the kind of digital employee AI Actualized builds for small businesses. She deals your cards, reacts to every answer, and closes with what your run shows.

Can a business owner assign AI Land to their team?

Yes. The owner enters the business name and how many people to expect, and gets a team link to share. Each person plays on their own. Their results go to the owner, who sees the team’s skills, levels, and risks together, and can open each person’s run.

What happens to my answers?

They are saved to AI Actualized and your report is emailed to you. If you played through a team link, your results also go to the owner who assigned it. Never paste real client or employee data into the game.

What does it cost?

AI Land is offered as a courtesy.
